Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of sophisticated features, from concept through deployment, covering architecture, coding, testing, and release
- Make autonomous decisions that balance development speed, system scalability, code maintainability, and end-user value
- Integrate AI coding assistants like Claude Code and ChatGPT routinely into daily tasks including coding, debugging, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Proactively identify and promote innovative practices, whether new AI technologies, improved workflows, or efficiency-enhancing techniques
- Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to align on goals, schedules, and technical approaches
- Navigate uncertain or evolving requirements by defining boundaries, evaluating options, and recommending practical next steps
- Produce clear technical results and assist in connecting them to tangible business outcomes
