Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical point of contact for electronics with manufacturing teams on-site, representing the company in factory audits, production reviews, and technical discussions
- Clearly convey design objectives, quality benchmarks, safety requirements, and timeline expectations to manufacturing partners
- Lead and resolve technical issues throughout production phases, including corrective actions and process adjustments
- Take full ownership of electronics-related deliverables for designated products
- Verify final electronic designs against system architecture, circuit diagrams, bill of materials, and functional requirements
- Develop, test, and debug electronic production test fixtures
- Establish and manage system-level testing criteria across hardware, firmware, and software interfaces for manufacturing readiness
- Apply design for manufacturing and design for test principles to support scalable and consistent mass production
- Guide component selection based on cost efficiency, supply chain stability, lifecycle stage, regulatory compliance, and vendor reliability
- Lead cost optimization initiatives while maintaining product performance, safety, and durability
- Support initial production runs, pilot builds, implementation of fixes, and continuous product or process enhancements
- Review and approve pilot and final production samples based on functional and quality standards
- Work with Quality and Manufacturing teams to increase yield rates, reduce defects, and prevent future issues
- Collaborate closely with electronic design, program management, quality assurance, and other engineering disciplines
- Explain complex technical details and design trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Manage multiple concurrent product developments with clear tracking of progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Provide regular and transparent updates on project timelines and status to leadership and global brand stakeholders

Remote (Country) — India
Travel Requirements
- Domestic travel within India to manufacturing hubs and partner locations is required
- Occasional international travel may be necessary based on business demands
