Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Documentation Specialist (Remote - US)

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and finalize technical and policy documentation for federal programs.
  • Conduct research to inform standards-related content and ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Organize, track, and synthesize reviewer feedback across multiple stakeholders.
  • Apply document templates, maintain formatting standards, and manage version control.
  • Support the delivery of reporting and written materials that meet high compliance and consistency standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a writing-intensive or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or editing—especially within federal or technical environments.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to write according to formatting standards and established style guides.
  • Capable of working independently, meeting deadlines, and managing review workflows remotely.
