Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and finalize technical and policy documentation for federal programs.
- Conduct research to inform standards-related content and ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Organize, track, and synthesize reviewer feedback across multiple stakeholders.
- Apply document templates, maintain formatting standards, and manage version control.
- Support the delivery of reporting and written materials that meet high compliance and consistency standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a writing-intensive or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or editing—especially within federal or technical environments.
- Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to write according to formatting standards and established style guides.
- Capable of working independently, meeting deadlines, and managing review workflows remotely.
