DOF Group ASA is hiring a Senior Document Controller - Subsea Projects

Responsibilities

Ensure efficient document control and information management within the Atlantic region
Use document control systems such as ProArc and Unisea
Provide training for new users in ProArc and Unisea
Analyse the client’s requirements to execute the project
Organize activities in line with project administrative requirements
Define specific instructions to Engineering Disciplines and other participants regarding documentation to be supplied to the Client
Define specific instructions regarding documentation to be obtained from Vendors, Suppliers and Subcontractors

Requirements

Experience in document control and information management
Proficiency in using ProArc and Unisea systems
Ability to analyse client requirements
Experience in organizing activities according to project administrative requirements
Ability to define documentation instructions for Engineering Disciplines, Vendors, Suppliers, and Subcontractors

Additional Information

Reporting to the Engineering Manager
Collaboration with Project Manager and Project Technical Managers
