About the Role
Lead and optimize the strategy and execution of product data management systems, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant data flows across key enterprise platforms. Drive operational excellence, team development, and cross-functional collaboration to support product lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Direct the strategic vision and daily operations of product data management systems
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across global platforms
- Oversee integration of product data across enterprise applications
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for data governance and workflows
- Manage a team of data operations professionals across multiple functions
- Collaborate with IT, regulatory, and commercial teams on data standards
- Develop and maintain data quality metrics and performance dashboards
- Align data strategies with evolving business and regulatory requirements
- Drive adoption of best practices in master data management
- Serve as primary escalation point for critical data issues
- Establish policies and procedures for data stewardship
- Lead change management for system upgrades and process enhancements
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards for product data
- Manage vendor relationships related to data management tools and services
- Oversee data migration and system integration projects
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
- Provide executive-level reporting on data operations performance
- Support audit readiness and inspection preparedness efforts
- Develop training programs for data governance and system use
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance data operations
- Ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture principles
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline data processes
