Responsibilities
- Own the narrative. Refine SoSafe’s positioning and messaging to clearly differentiate us in a crowded cybersecurity landscape.
- Translate complex technical features and behavioral science concepts into compelling, human-centric value propositions.
- Lead market intelligence: deeply understand the 'Human Factor' in security, buyer personas, and competitive dynamics to inform product and sales strategy.
- Build and operationalize a tiered launch framework (Tier 1/2/3) to ensure every product release lands with maximum impact.
- Partner with GTM leadership to equip Sales and CS teams with world-class enablement assets, pitch decks, and competitive battle cards.
- Embed AI as a strategic co-pilot within the PMM function to accelerate research, content creation, and market analysis.
- Orchestrate a unified GTM engine: Align product roadmaps with market needs to drive efficient customer acquisition.
- Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR): Build a customer marketing machine that fuels adoption, expansion, and advocacy.
- Scale a high-performing team: Lead, mentor, and expand a world-class PMM and Customer Marketing team, embedding AI-driven workflows to maximize impact.
- Develop strategies to drive adoption, cross-sell, and up-sell within our existing base.
- Lead the strategy for Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), case studies, and advocacy programs.
- Partner with Customer Success to reduce churn by communicating value realization and product updates effectively.
- Manage, coach, and grow a diverse team of Product Marketers and Customer Marketers.
- Act as the 'glue' between departments, ensuring Product builds what the market needs, and Marketing promotes what Product builds.
- Represent SoSafe as a thought leader at industry events, analyst briefings, and key customer meetings.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing PMM or Customer Marketing teams.
- Proven track record of defining categories and positioning complex products for mid market and Enterprise buyers.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Cybersecurity, HR Tech, or L&D is a strong plus.
