Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree with at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, program delivery, or comparable senior roles, including five or more years leading teams.
- Extensive background in successfully scaling programs to broader reach and impact.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale operations in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data to guide strategic decisions, with solid project management expertise to plan and deliver initiatives efficiently.
- Skilled in building relationships, collaborating across teams, and proactively addressing and resolving conflicts.
- Thorough knowledge of budgeting, financial management, donor reporting standards, and compliance requirements for grant-funded projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in diverse, multicultural teams and settings.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities, keen attention to detail, and capacity to perform under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
