About the Role

This role leads the global marketing function for bioprocessing, responsible for shaping strategic direction, driving brand positioning, and enabling commercial success through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of global marketing strategy for bioprocessing offerings
  • Define long-term commercial vision aligned with market trends and customer needs
  • Oversee brand positioning and messaging to enhance competitive differentiation
  • Collaborate with R&D and operations to translate technical capabilities into market-ready solutions
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Manage product lifecycle strategies from launch to maturity
  • Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and customer insights
  • Partner with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with regional priorities
  • Lead pricing and value proposition strategies for global markets
  • Guide go-to-market planning for new product introductions
  • Supervise marketing budget planning and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in promotional materials
  • Represent marketing in senior leadership forums
  • Foster alignment between corporate strategy and regional execution
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives
  • Develop key performance indicators to measure marketing effectiveness
  • Oversee external agency relationships and creative development
  • Champion customer-centric innovation in product development
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships through marketing due diligence
  • Maintain external presence through conferences, publications, and industry engagement
  • Drive digital transformation in marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Mentor and develop marketing team members globally
