Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory standards, and performance targets. This role is responsible for transforming strategic briefs into actionable plans, overseeing all phases from intake and design through launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle, defining scope, channel strategy, audience segments, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with Data Science, IT, and Product teams to establish technical requirements, data flows, personalization logic, and system integrations.
- Oversee build and testing processes, including dynamic content, segmentation models, trigger logic, and adherence to naming and documentation standards.
- Enforce quality assurance protocols, audit trails, and compliance controls across all campaign activities, working closely with Legal and Compliance.
- Coordinate launch readiness, resolve deployment issues swiftly, and lead incident response when needed.
- Use performance data to guide mid-campaign adjustments, A/B testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver post-campaign insights, root cause analyses, and recommendations to enhance future execution quality.
- Establish governance frameworks for campaign portfolios, including capacity planning, SLAs, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Develop and refine standardized workflows, playbooks, and operating models to improve speed, consistency, and scalability.
- Lead a multi-tiered team, providing coaching, career development, and clear role definitions to drive execution excellence.
- Partner with Marketing Technology to evolve platforms such as MAP, CRM, and CDP, improving data integrity and campaign measurement.
- Design dashboards and reporting rhythms that track engagement, conversion, opt-outs, and other key performance indicators.
Qualifications
Candidates must bring 15+ years in marketing operations, campaign management, or lifecycle marketing, with at least 7 years leading senior teams in matrixed environments. Experience in multi-channel execution, marketing automation, and regulated industries is essential. A track record of improving campaign efficiency through process standardization and technology enablement is required. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are preferred, especially in financial services contexts.
