Key Responsibilities
- Direct IT strategy and operations for global hardware and firmware engineering, ensuring alignment with business objectives and innovation timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to modernize workflows, integrating AI-driven tools to accelerate design, testing, and decision-making processes.
- Oversee critical engineering systems including product lifecycle management (PLM), computer-aided design (CAD), electronic design automation (EDA), simulation, and test automation platforms.
- Lead infrastructure strategy for high-performance computing, storage, virtualization, and cloud integration tailored to engineering workloads.
- Build strong partnerships across manufacturing and business IT to ensure seamless product transitions from concept to production.
