Lead a high-performing team within a specialized valuation practice focused on delivering accurate, insightful real estate appraisals for institutional clients. This leadership role centers on guiding professionals, managing workflows, and ensuring superior client deliverables across diverse asset classes and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and performance of up to four team members, providing coaching and direction to analysts, associates, and directors
- Originate new valuation assignments by collaborating with leadership to identify strategic opportunities
- Conduct property inspections selectively—primarily for top-tier clients or when mentoring junior staff
- Represent the firm at industry events, attending a minimum of two commercial real estate gatherings annually
- Engage professionally through service on a relevant industry board or committee (e.g., AI, IRWA, ULI)
- Uphold core values of optimism, intelligence, and collaboration in all client and internal interactions
- Support recruitment initiatives and contribute to team growth and capability building
Qualifications
- Must hold a state-certified general appraiser license and maintain active status across relevant jurisdictions
- Minimum of three years post-certification experience
- Required proficiency in Argus Enterprise for financial modeling and analysis
- Proven ability to manage complex assignments across multiple property types and regions
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship

Work Environment
