- Create and maintain a comprehensive governance framework for external manufacturing operations and projects, including processes, roles, and responsibilities.
- Lead and coordinate portfolio governance and steering committee meetings to review project performance and address critical issues.
- Establish and enforce standardized project management methodologies, templates, and tools for consistency and efficiency.
- Provide regular, high-level updates on portfolio health, progress, and key metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of external manufacturing projects with overall corporate and supply chain strategies.
- Facilitate the prioritization and selection of projects based on business value, resource availability, risk, and strategic importance.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio roadmap outlining all external manufacturing projects, timelines, and resource needs.
- Manage and allocate internal and external resources to optimize project execution and balance competing demands.
- Monitor the progress of individual projects within the portfolio, tracking milestones, budget, and scope.
- Identify, escalate, and manage portfolio-level risks and issues, including those related to external partners, budget, schedule, and quality.
- Oversee and coordinate project dependencies across the portfolio and with internal departments to resolve conflicts and avoid delays.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex issues within projects, guiding teams toward effective and timely resolution.

Requirements
- Proven experience in project and portfolio management, with a focus on manufacturing, supply chain, or external partner management.
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
