About the Role

This role leads the operational performance and strategic development of facilities programs, ensuring reliable, cost-effective, and compliant service delivery across client sites worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction of facilities operations for multiple client sites
  • Oversee day-to-day performance of facility services including maintenance, safety, and vendor coordination
  • Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Manage program execution across diverse geographic locations and facility types
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align facilities strategy with business goals
  • Monitor service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Supervise vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation
  • Drive sustainability and energy management programs
  • Lead crisis preparedness and emergency response planning
  • Prepare operational and financial reports for stakeholders
  • Manage capital and operational budgets for facilities programs
  • Support organizational change initiatives related to facilities
  • Ensure consistent service delivery across global locations
