Responsibilities
- Define and manage a long-term strategic plan for the Salesforce platform, spanning Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, Experience Cloud, and integrated enterprise systems.
- Drive transformation across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, improving speed and accuracy from opportunity through revenue recognition.
- Develop and execute an AI strategy leveraging Agentforce, Einstein, and large language model integrations to enhance productivity for customer-facing and operational teams.
- Enforce architectural standards, security protocols, governance practices, and DevOps maturity across all Salesforce environments.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of technical and functional roles, including architects, developers, administrators, and analysts, while shaping organizational structure.
- Collaborate with senior leaders in go-to-market, finance, and operations to align technology initiatives with business goals and measurable KPIs.
- Oversee platform-related financial planning, including budgeting, vendor contracts, system integrator partnerships, and licensing optimization.
- Manage the strategic relationship with Salesforce, including roadmap influence, contract management, and issue escalation.
- Design and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to monitor platform stability, project delivery, and business impact.
- Serve as the primary representative for Salesforce-related matters in executive discussions, steering groups, and enterprise planning cycles.
- Foster a team culture centered on technical excellence, accountability, and deep commitment to internal customer needs.
