Responsibilities

  • Execute the M&A strategy that meets the firm’s strategic goals and conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform the M&A strategy.
  • Lead the firm’s M&A function from sourcing through integration.
  • Research and identify the firm’s potential targets while establishing and maintaining a pipeline of targets that meets the M&A strategy and enhances the company's market position.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for M&A transactions with third parties and lead negotiations with targets.
  • Lead the overall business case for internal transaction approval.
  • Oversee the comprehensive due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and legal assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the transaction through initial analysis, to deal execution.
