Responsibilities
- Execute the M&A strategy that meets the firm’s strategic goals and conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform the M&A strategy.
- Lead the firm’s M&A function from sourcing through integration.
- Research and identify the firm’s potential targets while establishing and maintaining a pipeline of targets that meets the M&A strategy and enhances the company's market position.
- Serve as the main point of contact for M&A transactions with third parties and lead negotiations with targets.
- Lead the overall business case for internal transaction approval.
- Oversee the comprehensive due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and legal assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the transaction through initial analysis, to deal execution.
