Responsibilities
- Lead commercial strategy within your assigned region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering consistent, impactful results
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key distribution partners and internal stakeholders to align business objectives
- Direct the creation of commercial plans, joint business strategies with distributors, and core commercial initiatives, including pricing strategies and price increase execution
- Conduct regular cents-per-case performance evaluations
- Lead forecasting review cycles to ensure accuracy and strategic alignment
- Manage full-cycle distributor relationships, including planning, performance reviews, innovation rollouts, channel execution, non-alcohol initiatives, trimester planning, and assessments under AOE and WEA frameworks
- Take ownership of sales volume, market share, and financial outcomes for designated primary distributors
- Deliver regular performance updates during sales review meetings with executive leadership
- Analyze market conditions and industry trends to generate actionable insights that support growth and performance improvement
- Foster a motivating vision that empowers teams, emphasizes talent development, and drives high performance to enable future growth
- Demonstrate proficiency in using business intelligence tools such as IRI, CSR, Business Objects, VIPR, and RMIS for strategic decision-making
- Lead or support special pilot initiatives on an as-needed basis
- Exemplify core leadership behaviors including accountability, transformational thinking, long-term planning, clear communication, cultural stewardship, and team-focused prioritization
