As the Senior Director of Clinical Evidence Strategy, you will shape and drive the long-term vision for generating high-impact clinical data that supports regulatory, reimbursement, and commercial goals. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to align evidence generation with evolving market demands and healthcare decision-making frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clinical evidence generation, including real-world studies, comparative effectiveness research, and post-market surveillance
- Collaborate with medical affairs, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of data initiatives with business priorities
- Oversee the design and execution of studies that demonstrate product value to payers, providers, and patients
- Translate complex clinical data into actionable insights for diverse audiences
- Manage external partners and research organizations to deliver high-quality evidence on time and within budget
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in life sciences, public health, or related field; PhD or MD preferred
- Minimum of 10 years in clinical development or medical affairs, with at least 5 years in leadership
- Proven experience in designing and implementing global evidence generation strategies
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, health economics, and outcomes research
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and external stakeholders
