Rackspace is hiring a Senior Director, Business Operations - Transformation and AI to join our Public Cloud leadership team. You will be responsible for spearheading business transformation and artificial intelligence initiatives to optimize our global operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute strategic business transformation programs across the Public Cloud organization.
- Develop and implement a roadmap for AI adoption and integration to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Establish and oversee business operations processes, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategy with business goals.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior business operations, transformation, or strategy leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading large-scale business transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience with AI strategy, implementation, and scaling within a business operations context.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and influencing at the executive level.
- Ability to develop data-driven insights and translate them into operational improvements.
