Responsibilities
- Secures and leads high-value consulting projects, including engagements valued at $250,000 or more, within a designated service area.
- Oversees service line outcomes, driving offering development, sales initiatives, implementation quality, and client satisfaction.
- Expands the organization's full suite of services through proactive business development efforts.
- Ensures optimal team utilization and maintains target profit margins across all projects.
- Performance is evaluated based on revenue generation, profitability, client satisfaction scores, customer acquisition, and program innovation.
- Leads major client engagements and serves as a technical or clinical authority, providing expert insight to shape strategic decisions.
- Acts as the main point of contact for resolving complex issues requiring specialized knowledge.
- Provides expert-level clinical and technical guidance to staff during the creation of project materials, events, presentations, and strategic initiatives.
