About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of digital events including webinars, virtual summits, and online conferences
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align event content with campaign objectives
- Develop event timelines, manage logistics, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
- Use event platforms to configure registration, landing pages, and email workflows
- Design engaging virtual experiences that reflect brand standards
- Coordinate speaker onboarding and manage external presenters
- Track attendee engagement and generate post-event performance reports
- Optimize event strategies based on data insights and feedback
- Ensure seamless integration with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Manage event budgets and vendor relationships
- Promote accessibility and inclusivity in digital event design
- Stay current with virtual event technology trends and best practices
- Support hybrid event initiatives when required
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live events
- Maintain documentation for event processes and playbooks
- Partner with sales teams to align event outcomes with pipeline goals
- Drive post-event follow-up activities with marketing and customer success
- Monitor key metrics such as registration, attendance, and conversion rates
- Develop scalable event frameworks for repeatable success
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations for global audiences
