Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-converting email templates and campaign assets in Go High Level (GHL).
- Deliver visual systems for web, social, ads, decks and funnel pages; maintain a modular design system.
- Run A/B tests, package deliverables with clear specs, and ensure smooth hand-off to Marketing Ops & Developers.
- Introduce AI tooling to accelerate design workflows and maintain high quality and accessibility standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in digital and brand design with a strong portfolio across email, web and social.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with GHL email design and CRM-integrated campaigns.
- Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, A/B testing and metrics-driven design; excellent English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with After Effects / Premiere for short-form video assets.
- Familiarity with Webflow, Framer or basic HTML/CSS for funnel implementations.
