What We're Looking For
- 7–10 years of professional experience in Software Development or DevOps.
- Significant experience in cloud infrastructures and deployment processes.
- Several years of experience with at least two major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong focus and expertise in one or more programming languages, such as Python, C++, C, Rust, or Go.
- An outgoing, communicative personality and a willingness to take on Team Lead responsibility.
- A growth mindset and a drive to continually advance, believing your potential is far from exhausted.

Team & Environment
You will join a team of 11-50 employees, a group of young and hungry developers who co-run the company. The atmosphere is collaborative, with a focus on top-notch technologies like AI and Quantum Computing.

- Salary range: 110.000 € - 180.000 €, with performance-based compensation.
