Responsibilities
- Develop software, tools, and workflows that allow engineering teams to operate efficiently while minimizing system disruptions.
- Implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve operational effectiveness.
- Work closely with engineering units to facilitate seamless production service deployments.
- Create, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure and continuous integration and delivery pipelines that scale with demand.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across infrastructure, applications, and networking layers while strengthening monitoring capabilities.
- Partner with internal teams to uphold compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
- Provide support to developers and quality assurance engineers during testing environment modifications and database updates.
- Guide teams toward independent management of deployment and release processes.
- Continuously optimize system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Take part in on-call rotations and conduct system maintenance outside standard working hours.
