About the Role
The role involves owning and improving cloud infrastructure, ensuring system scalability, and enabling efficient development workflows through automation and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain cloud-based infrastructure across development and production environments.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve incidents.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot deployment issues.
- Enforce security standards across infrastructure and deployment processes.
- Automate routine operational tasks to reduce manual intervention.
- Maintain configuration management tools and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Support incident response and participate in on-call rotations.
- Optimize resource utilization and cloud spending.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Improve system reliability and uptime through proactive engineering.
- Document infrastructure architecture and operational procedures.
- Evaluate and integrate new DevOps tools and technologies.
- Work closely with security teams to implement best practices.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Scale systems to meet growing product demands.
- Implement observability solutions including logging and metrics.
