Responsibilities
- Design and manage scalable, production-ready Kubernetes environments.
- Create and sustain Kubernetes workloads, configuration files, Helm packages, Kustomize configurations, and deployment strategies.
- Implement and maintain GitOps practices using Flux, Argo CD, or equivalent systems.
- Enhance CI/CD systems to ensure consistent, secure, and dependable software releases.
- Work closely with development teams to resolve live issues affecting Kubernetes, networking, compute, storage, or applications.
- Develop automation scripts for infrastructure setup, deployments, monitoring, and handling incidents.
- Support cloud operations on AWS, GCP, Windows, or mixed infrastructure setups.
- Handle Kubernetes networking components including ingress, service mesh, DNS, TLS, secrets, and identity management.
- Enforce Infrastructure as Code standards using Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with security teams to strengthen container, cluster, secrets, and software supply chain protections.
- Guide team members in Kubernetes, DevOps, GitOps, and production system best practices.

- Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues across Kubernetes, networking, compute, storage, and application layers.
- Build automation for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
- Support cloud infrastructure operations across AWS, GCP, Windows, or hybrid environments.
- Manage Kubernetes networking, ingress, service mesh, DNS, TLS, secrets, and workload identity patterns.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code standards using Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with security teams to improve container, cluster, secrets, and supply-chain security.
- Mentor engineers on Kubernetes, DevOps, GitOps, and production operations best practices.
