Responsibilities
- Design and manage scalable, production-ready Kubernetes environments.
- Develop and sustain Kubernetes workloads, configuration manifests, Helm charts, Kustomize configurations, and deployment strategies.
- Implement and maintain GitOps practices using tools like Flux or Argo CD.
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent, secure, and repeatable software releases.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve live system issues spanning infrastructure, networking, storage, and applications.
- Create automated solutions for infrastructure setup, deployments, monitoring, and incident handling.
- Support cloud operations across AWS, GCP, Windows, or hybrid setups.
- Manage Kubernetes networking components including ingress, service mesh, DNS, TLS, secrets, and workload identity.
- Enforce Infrastructure as Code standards using Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or equivalent tools.
- Work with security teams to strengthen container, cluster, secrets, and software supply chain protections.
- Guide team members in Kubernetes, DevOps, GitOps, and production operations best practices.
