Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and operation of cloud-native infrastructure across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for shaping and maintaining scalable, secure, and automated environments that support continuous delivery and resilient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end ownership of DevOps practices across diverse projects, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
- Design and manage cloud platforms on providers including AWS, Azure, and GCP, using native services and automation to deliver robust infrastructure.
- Implement infrastructure provisioning and configuration through Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, enabling versioned, auditable, and repeatable deployments.
- Deploy and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, focusing on high availability, efficient resource use, and production readiness.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI to automate testing, building, and deployment workflows for rapid and independent releases.
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK to ensure system observability and fast incident resolution.
- Establish operational standards such as incident response protocols, automated recovery mechanisms, and performance tuning to support platform stability.
- Partner with engineering teams to promote DevOps principles, improve platform practices, and mentor junior team members in technical growth and collaboration.
