Responsibilities

• Implement and support initiatives that improve systems, increase efficiency, enhance software quality, and reduce delivery timelines.
• Share accountability across development and operations, emphasizing team collaboration, processes, and tools with a unified focus on customer and user needs.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team including development, quality assurance, IT operations, information security, and user-centered design to apply DevOps best practices.
• Apply deep expertise in DevOps tooling, container technologies, and containerization strategies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Serve as a bridge for business knowledge, acting as a subject matter expert to align DevOps efforts with organizational needs.
• Engage in stakeholder management by negotiating priorities and influencing decisions to ensure effective service delivery and proper allocation of resources.
