The Accelerated Agency is seeking a Senior Deskside Consultant to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a critical role providing high-level technical support and strategic consultation directly at client sites.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert, on-site deskside support to resolve complex technical issues for client staff.
- Consult with client teams to understand their technical needs and recommend solutions to improve workflow and productivity.
- Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software for end-user environments.
- Act as a primary technical point of contact, building strong relationships with client stakeholders.
- Document processes, solutions, and configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in deskside support, IT consultancy, or a similar client-facing technical role.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong client relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in Houston, Texas. Regular presence at client locations is required.
