Responsibilities
- Contribute significantly to the internal design team by producing visually powerful presentations and storytelling assets for eight media agencies and their client partners
- Support major new business pitches, internal communications initiatives, and company events with high-quality design output
- Convert intricate concepts, strategic frameworks, and data insights into clear, visually engaging presentation formats tailored to diverse audiences
- Partner closely with growth, marketing, client, and agency teams to deliver refined, audience-centric materials efficiently
- Apply advanced PowerPoint skills alongside strong design craftsmanship to produce polished presentation experiences
- Help shape and improve presentation standards, templates, and creative workflows across the organization

Flexible Working
The organization supports a hybrid work model requiring three days in-office and two remote each week, designed to balance collaboration with employee flexibility. Standard hours are 9:30 – 17:30, with core hours from 10:30 – 16:30 allowing for schedule adjustments. Employees may start as early as 8:30 or as late as 10:30, provided core availability is maintained. Managers and team members are encouraged to communicate openly about workload peaks and personal needs to support effective work planning.
