Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of designing, prototyping, and evolving one or more foundational gameplay systems, such as player abilities, world behaviors, or artificial intelligence.
- Lead and actively contribute to cross-functional teams to develop and refine gameplay features from concept through final tuning.
- Create, update, and review internal design documents, including detailed specifications and implementation instructions.
- Work closely with the design team to integrate systems into level design and ensure cohesive gameplay balance across interconnected mechanics.
- Continuously refine and adjust gameplay elements based on input from leads, QA testing, and player feedback.
