Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery—ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, and budget
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and driving customer success throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with engineering, data, and field teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of our construction software
- Use your PMP expertise to manage risks, implement quality controls, monitor milestones, and continuously improve project processes
- Travel to project sites as needed to support kickoff, implementation, and closeout phases (typically 1–2 trips per month)
- Support operational improvement efforts, coach junior team members, and contribute to the evolution of our project delivery framework
Requirements
- 7+ years of project management experience in construction, aerospace, or heavy industrial settings
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification required
- Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight deadlines
- A collaborative leader who builds trust with clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders
- Comfort working in a fast-growing, mission-driven company
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Suite)
- Willingness to travel up to 40% (US-based)
