Responsibilities
- Lead client specific deployments and onboarding of Atolio’s platform in cloud native or hybrid environments
- Design and implement deployment processes focused on scalability, security, and reliability
- Integrate Atolio with a range of enterprise systems (e.g., document repositories, ticketing systems, code repositories)
- Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and system performance
- Build automation scripts and tooling to streamline operations and minimize manual tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues in collaboration with clients' internal engineering teams
- Maintain accurate deployment documentation and promote best practices for internal and external use
Requirements
- 5+ years in a deployment, DevOps, site reliability, or infrastructure engineering role
- Deep experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong background in containerization, especially with Kubernetes
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Helm
- Knowledge of secure networking, identity management (e.g., SAML, OIDC), and API integrations
- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Okta, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Salesforce
- Experience with observability platforms such as Grafana, Splunk, or Datadog
- Programming experience in at least one language (Go, Python, or similar)
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and clear, empathetic communication with external stakeholders
- A mindset focused on automation, repeatability, and scalable solutions
Nice to Have
- familiarity with Golang is a plus
- Experience deploying on-premises enterprise solutions is preferred
- Background in search, data pipelines, or large-scale distributed systems is preferred
