Responsibilities
- Lead SMB client success across multiple marketing channels
- Maintain professional, empathetic client relationships
- Manage and organize client accounts with strong project oversight
- Develop trusted connections with client points of contact
- Apply advanced expertise in strategy, paid media, SEO, and conversion rate optimization for technology firms
- Deliver significant impact within a specialized function
- Demonstrate creativity in marketing and a strong drive to achieve results
