About the Role
This position leads the development and execution of demand generation initiatives to fuel pipeline growth. The individual will use analytics, automation, and targeted campaigns to attract and convert prospects while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align efforts with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and implementation of multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Design and manage email marketing sequences to nurture leads
- Collaborate with content teams to align assets with campaign goals
- Optimize landing pages and conversion paths for lead capture
- Use marketing automation platforms to scale outreach efforts
- Analyze campaign performance to guide iterative improvements
- Develop lead scoring and segmentation models in coordination with sales
- Manage paid digital advertising to support lead acquisition
- Coordinate webinars and virtual events to generate interest
- Track and report on KPIs including cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI
- Align messaging with buyer personas and customer journey stages
- Work with CRM data to refine targeting and follow-up processes
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all campaigns
- Partner with product marketing to highlight key differentiators
- Test subject lines, CTAs, and content formats for engagement
- Support sales enablement with campaign-generated insights
- Manage vendor relationships for external marketing services
- Forecast demand contribution based on campaign inputs
- Maintain documentation of campaign workflows and best practices
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing and automation
