About the Role

Lead the strategy and execution of global demand generation programs to fuel pipeline and accelerate customer acquisition. Own campaign design, performance analysis, and optimization across digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive global campaigns to generate qualified leads
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaign goals with business objectives
  • Use data analytics to assess campaign performance and guide optimization decisions
  • Oversee email marketing, paid media, and digital advertising initiatives across regions
  • Create audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting precision
  • Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely execution across time zones
  • Develop content distribution plans that support lead nurturing workflows
  • Monitor key performance indicators including conversion rates and cost per lead
  • Coordinate with regional teams to adapt messaging for local markets
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to scale campaign operations
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, design, and channel tactics
  • Produce regular reports on campaign outcomes for leadership review
  • Align with product marketing to highlight key value propositions
  • Ensure brand consistency across all campaign assets and channels
  • Identify new demand generation opportunities using market insights
  • Optimize landing pages and lead capture mechanisms for higher conversion
  • Integrate feedback from sales teams to improve lead quality
  • Manage vendor relationships for external campaign support
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies
  • Support the development of multi-touch attribution models
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations in all campaigns
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-campaign analysis
  • Mentor junior team members in campaign strategy and execution
  • Scale successful pilot campaigns to broader audiences
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, and product
