About the Role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will join the Data team to build and maintain analytic capabilities, model data, create visualizations, and deliver actionable insights, partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Data Science teams to enhance data pipelines and enable efficient care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of core data architecture and spearhead enhancements to data pipelines, balancing immediate requirements with long-term architectural integrity.
- Take ownership of creating data models that facilitate scalable analysis of EMR drug delivery and drug economics across various contracts and pharmacy interventions.
- Define and implement key performance indicators and reporting standards to enhance operational efficiency for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret business needs and convert them into technical strategies, including the development of data models, pipelines, and analytics dashboards, managing the full data lifecycle from ingestion to BI dashboarding.
- Lead the creation of utilization and quality metrics, act as a domain authority for company-wide stakeholders, and utilize data assets to identify business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
