As a Senior Data Scientist driving product, features, and growth initiatives, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover data-driven opportunities that directly influence product development and business strategy. What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with product and business teams to guide strategic decisions using data
- Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and observational studies to measure impact

- Create and monitor key performance indicators to track growth, engagement, and user behavior
- Build dashboards and reporting systems that make data accessible across teams

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience using data to influence product or business outcomes at scale
- Strong fluency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets
- Proficiency in Python or R, with a solid grounding in statistics or a quantitative field
