Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to assess their existing data environments, systems architecture, and fundraising processes
- Serve as a technical liaison across customer-facing and internal teams to align business needs with engineering solutions
- Design, implement, and support integrations with numerous fundraising platforms, CRMs, and related software systems
- Construct and enhance data pipelines that ingest, process, and standardize high-volume datasets
- Monitor and resolve issues throughout the data lifecycle, including ingestion, transformation, and delivery stages
- Work closely with data science and engineering teams to ensure predictive models are effectively deployed for each client
- Lead client onboarding, technical setup, and ongoing support to drive successful product adoption
- Advocate for customer requirements within engineering and leadership teams to influence product direction
