Requirements
- Proven background in creating reliable and scalable data infrastructure capable of handling large-scale, high-speed data streams
- Experience building and supporting production-level ETL and data processing workflows with an emphasis on performance, stability, and long-term maintainability
- Solid analytical abilities, with a history of working with diverse, real-world datasets to derive insights and enhance data accuracy
- Direct experience managing data within cloud-native environments, particularly involving distributed systems and contemporary data platforms
- Knowledge of performance optimization strategies for data processing pipelines
- Collaborative approach with a demonstrated ability to establish and promote best practices across teams
- Adaptability in agile settings with a focus on iterative development and ongoing refinement
- Growth-oriented mindset suited to a high-growth technology scale-up environment

- Strong programming skills, preferably in Scala, or fluency in Java or Python with the ability to transition quickly to Scala
