Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in M&E, Social sciences, Economics, Computer Science, Quantitative Economics, Business Computing, Mathematics, Population Studies, or related.
- At least 4+ years of practical experience and familiarity with applied data management and practices.
- Fluency in English and French
- Proven experience in M&E and project management, preferably in the context of development projects or non-profit organizations.
- A comprehensive understanding of data collection platforms that utilize XLS architecture, such as SurveyCTO, CommCare, and Survey123.
Nice to Have
- A postgraduate qualification in M&E, or related.
- Proficiency in relational data management systems and pipeline development languages such as Python, R
- Familiarity with GIS technologies such as ArcGIS and QGIS for mapping.
