Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Use operations research methods to uncover process efficiencies and revenue optimization opportunities.
- Analyze extensive datasets with statistical tools to derive actionable business insights.
- Design and deploy analytical models that align with stakeholder objectives and business needs.
- Define and track KPIs, creating dashboards and reports to monitor performance across key metrics.
- Lead data-driven strategies for complex challenges and confidently present recommendations.
- Deliver high-quality reports and predictive models to executives and cross-functional teams.
- Uncover patterns and correlations in data and translate findings into clear, strategic guidance.
- Support and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and precision.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Proven experience applying statistical methods and explaining results to non-technical audiences.
- History of managing ambiguous situations, setting priorities, and delivering reliable outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Minimum of six years in data analytics, with emphasis on operations research and quantitative modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.

Technology Environment
