Responsibilities
- Design and manage data infrastructure, mapping, and reporting systems to enable campaign and channel performance analysis for Growth Marketing
- Generate performance insights that guide the creation and refinement of member-focused marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, digital platforms, and client-driven channels
- Lead data tagging, experiment design, and statistical evaluation for A/B and multivariate testing of campaigns and creative content
- Build and maintain intuitive Tableau dashboards or comparable business intelligence tools to support data-driven decision-making
- Partner with data teams to enhance data accuracy and establish standardized reporting practices
- Define operational workflows and support system improvements to scale analytics and reporting capabilities
- Work cross-functionally with teams in analytics, data science, data engineering, clinical operations, and product development
- Investigate and implement AI applications within product analytics use cases
Compensation
$142,600 - $178,300* (California, New York State, Washington State), $136,400 - $170,500* (Colorado); other states may vary. Equity: Equity grants
About you
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with strong proficiency in SQL for building queries and reports
- Proven ability in A/B testing and statistical measurement techniques
- Skilled in analyzing diverse datasets and deriving concise, actionable metrics
- Solid background in relational database design and development
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- History of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
Bonus points for
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools
- Experience in healthcare and handling protected health information (PHI)
- Understanding of population health metrics
