Responsibilities
- Manage analytics for paid customer acquisition, website conversion pathways, and user retention lifecycle.
- Examine data from Shopify, Amplitude, and marketing platforms to generate insights that guide budget decisions and testing approaches.
- Lead analysis of A/B tests, conversion improvements, and landing page effectiveness.
- Build and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports in Looker, with ongoing transition to Omni.
- Work with business partners to establish clear performance indicators and ensure consistent metric interpretation.
- Create, refactor, and sustain core data marts using dbt to support reliable metrics and efficient reporting.
- Define and standardize critical business terms such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, retention, and repeat purchase rate across teams.
- Enhance data accuracy through quality assurance, data reconciliation, and early detection of irregularities in marketing, sales, and attribution systems.
- Collaborate with data engineering on source data modeling and with data science teams on advanced analytical applications.
- Support the ongoing development and scaling of the company's analytics platform.
