Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product stakeholders and analytics teams across marketing, billing, and product functions.
- Develop, update, and enhance dashboards and reports, including ongoing support for Product Reports.
- Investigate user behavior patterns and identify key engagement triggers or pivotal moments.
- Examine datasets to uncover trends, derive insights, and suggest actions that improve key performance indicators.
- Plan and execute A/B and homogeneity testing to assess hypotheses and quantify business impact.
- Track and evaluate key metrics consistently across all functional areas.
- Construct reliable and scalable SQL-based data models to support analytics needs.
- Exchange constructive feedback with colleagues and leadership to improve analytical output and collaboration.
