Responsibilities
- Lead in-depth data analysis to uncover patterns, risks, and strategic opportunities that inform business strategy and enhance operations
- Create sophisticated reports, dashboards, and analytical frameworks to track financial and operational performance
- Transform complex analytical results into clear, actionable insights suitable for executive review
- Work closely with business partners to define data needs and develop analytics-driven solutions
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and lead data-informed improvement initiatives
- Develop, verify, and manage large-scale datasets while ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability
- Write and refine advanced SQL queries to retrieve, process, and analyze extensive data volumes
- Coordinate with IT and data infrastructure teams to support data collection, integration, and system upgrades
- Contribute to ongoing reporting cycles, including preparation for Quarterly Business Reviews and leadership summaries
- Use analytical reasoning to identify root causes of business issues and suggest scalable corrective actions
- Ensure all analytical outputs meet high standards through thorough validation and methodological documentation
- Record assumptions, logic flows, and processes to ensure transparency and enable knowledge sharing
- Independently manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, deadline-sensitive environment
- Offer guidance and informal mentorship to less experienced analysts to promote best practices and growth
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding
- Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering data insights effectively across organizational levels
- Support continuous improvement programs through performance analysis and metric tracking
- Maintain familiarity with key business systems and contribute to their optimization and evolution
- Stay informed about emerging analytics technologies, methods, and industry developments
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
