Shape data strategy and drive informed decisions by bridging business needs with technical data solutions. In this role, you'll work across departments to understand requirements, refine data models, and ensure the reliability of datasets used for critical reporting and analysis.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with business units to interpret objectives and design data solutions that support strategic goals
- Extract, validate, and analyze data from enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Model data structures to improve accessibility and performance across data warehouses and lakes
- Map current data pipelines and recommend optimizations for efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with engineering teams on ETL processes and data integration workflows
- Define testing standards and contribute to quality assurance protocols
- Support the evolution of DWH architecture through active participation in design and optimization initiatives
- Maintain a proactive mindset, embracing new tools and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with banking operations, products, and business logic
- Solid foundation in data management, including data quality frameworks and best practices
- Understanding of data warehouse design, including physical modeling and reporting layers
- Oracle SQL certification or at least one year of practical experience with Oracle SQL
- Strong communication skills, precision in work, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Self-directed with a willingness to adapt and grow within evolving technical environments
Preferred Background
- Hands-on experience with Databricks
- Exposure to Scrum or Agile project delivery methods
- Understanding of BI and IT solution lifecycle stages
Technology Environment
Oracle SQL, Databricks, Data Warehousing, ETL processes, data modeling tools, data quality frameworks, and BI platforms.
Work Environment
