About the Role
You will act as a critical link between enterprise systems, financial operations, and next-generation AI-powered automation. Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, you'll enhance supply chain performance and apply financial expertise to refine end-to-end business processes. Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance D365 F&O modules in supply chain and finance areas—including procurement, inventory, warehouse management, supply planning, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and cost accounting—ensuring configurations support changing business and compliance needs.
- Advance AI-driven improvements by designing and deploying autonomous workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and MCP integrations to minimize manual tasks in finance and supply chain functions.
- Collaborate with Finance leadership to support accurate financial reporting, month-end close processes, cost variance evaluations, and GAAP compliance by aligning accounting requirements with D365 configurations and automation.
- Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions—including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI—to deliver real-time insights on supply chain and financial KPIs for informed decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional discovery sessions with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and IT teams to translate business needs into functional D365 specifications, user stories, and solution designs.
- Implement and oversee AI agent experiences using tools like Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or third-party LLM integrations via MCP.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on D365 F&O data architecture, supporting integrations with external systems such as EDI and Salesforce while maintaining data consistency across the enterprise stack.
- Promote continuous improvement and AI fluency within Finance and Supply Chain teams through training, documentation, and identification of new automation opportunities.
- Support system updates, new module implementations, and D365 release evaluations by assessing impacts, managing testing, and communicating changes to business users.
