Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in customer support roles within the software industry
  • 5 years of experience in litigation support, with a preference for those with Relativity Administrator experience
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts in a customer-facing capacity
  • Background in the software technology sector
  • Demonstrated success in independently managing complex projects
  • Excellent business writing and presentation abilities
  • Enjoyment of working in a team-oriented, collaborative setting
  • Strong consulting and project management skills, with a proven track record of driving business value for customers as a trusted advisor, including the ability to engage with client teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
