Deel is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager

About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring long-term satisfaction and success of key accounts by guiding clients from onboarding through ongoing adoption and renewal, using strategic insights and proactive engagement to maximize product value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding processes for high-value clients
  • Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders
  • Monitor client health and proactively identify risks
  • Drive product adoption through tailored guidance
  • Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues
  • Serve as the main point of contact for account inquiries
  • Track client usage patterns and engagement metrics
  • Deliver regular business reviews to client teams
  • Identify expansion opportunities within accounts
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources for client needs
  • Advocate for client feedback internally
  • Ensure clients achieve desired business outcomes
  • Manage renewal timelines and support retention efforts
  • Communicate product updates and best practices
  • Maintain accurate account records in CRM systems
  • Respond to client concerns with timely solutions
  • Escalate technical issues when necessary
  • Guide clients through change management processes
  • Support implementation of new features for accounts
  • Analyze customer success data to inform strategy
  • Promote customer advocacy and reference opportunities
  • Align success plans with client business goals
  • Facilitate training sessions for client teams
  • Monitor contract compliance and service levels
  • Contribute to process improvements in customer success
